Good hot breakfast with a good coffee, absolutely courteous workers. Excellent and fantastic location - a short walk to Latin Quarter. Set a short walk to a bus stop in the very popular area.

(I will only be able to give my opinion about the Superior Room, was the one we hired). LOCATION: 50m from the subway/RER-B NtreDame/SaintMichel In the best of the Latin Quarter. Two steps away from everything (tourist bus, taxis and LaCite. In 5 minutes you are in NotreDame and in 10 minutes you are in RueRivoli, LesHalles (ideal zone if you want to shop). By the way, if you are a light sleeper, remember that this neighborhood has daily nightlife until about 0200. PERSONNEL OF RECEPTION AND CLEANING: Always attentive and friendly. They will give you recommendations, they will indicate you of places, they will solve you problems and always they will be attentive. They organized a taxi for us at a certain time without problems and without charging for the service. On our return they asked us if everything went well. CAFETERIA STAFF: There are two girls, regular one (very nice) and substitute one (avoid her... we agreed with her the first day, coffee machine was not working and she answered us to go up to the room to drink coffee). ROOM: The entrance has a large built-in wardrobe with a mirror, with the bathroom on the left and bedroom on the right. good ventilation as it has access to two facades. Latex mattress, comfortable and very convenient, 150x200. Four pillows also made of latex, although as they are square it was difficult for us to get the point across. We were offered two more, served to rest our legs after each adventure. Full bathroom (without bidet) with daily amenities, 150 cm bathtub, water with good pressure and all temperatures, window to the interior patio. Silent air conditioning and very well located at the foot of the bed. Window with curtain, curtain and full opening to enjoy the outside with views of the Seine. Flat screen TV of sufficient size and USB connection (very useful for watching our films and photos). Minibar to keep your water bottles cold and finally a hot water kettle with tea service, soluble sugar coffee and saccharine.
The PRICE is somewhat high but we chose it because we were looking for tourism and rest. Let's not forget that it's Paris. If you're just looking for a bed and a shower, this is not your hotel. There are other cheaper hotels 50m away (although you probably won't find a better bed, more cleaning and maybe no elevator). The pillows are square, and although comfortable in firm are rare to use. The substitute girl in the cafeteria is very unpleasant.

Two weeks before the arrival they blocked the amount for one day, then in about 5-7 days they unblocked it. location is just great. Louvre 15 min on foot, Kluini Museum at the end of the street 3 min, Pantheon 12 min, Orsay 18 min. Metro and R from the airport around the corner. Good breakfast. I suggest you take it. You have breakfast and walk through museums in peace. Paid for the room with a card immediately upon arrival of the entire amount at our request. We issued an invoice and a cash check, WI FI password. Internet worked without problems. Deluxe room corresponds to: balcony, kettle, TV, hair dryer, safe, mini-bar, table for suitcase, cups, glasses, teaspoons. Welcome tea-coffee, sugar. Bath and shower, always hot water. Shampoo, body cream, shower cap, small sponge, soap, plastic glasses. Cleaning the room daily, cleaned the bed, changed towels. bed was snow-white, bed is comfortable, we rested calmly and restored our strength. In the evening on the rue Saint Michel sang, street artists danced. We went to watch, had fun together. You can't hear the noise in the room. soundproofing is good, windows are plastic, you can see Sena. We didn't want to leave. Staff is polite, decoration and departure were quick, they printed out boarding passes and suggested leaving the suitcase after the room was vacated.
There was a lack of slippers, hotel ***, so no claims.
